  • In the spirit of celebrating the new 007 film, Spectre, I've decided to put together an outfit inspired by the many Bond girls of the franchise. My version of a Bond girl is a female that is not only beautiful and sophisticated, but not to be messed with. It doesn't hurt to have a little hood in her either, if you catch my drift (wink, wink).

A unique beauty from up north. First, Norway (click here), then Sweden happened. She was the first Bangali girl I had met with her personality. She was wise beyond her years, and more importantly, I never had a single argument with her. I've never not had an argument with a Bangali woman. True story. She taught me life lessons, having to reevaluate myself as a person more often than not. She's changed over the years, but I believe for the better. Much more open to the world, letting herself experiment, yet still with a steady head. A very vivid and special memory I have of her, which I never mention to her now, is when she wrote me a letter. A two-page letter sent from Sweden after we called it quits. Beautifully written with heartbreaking words, who does that right? The old school way of expressing someone's affection is so much more special to me now.
I still carry that golden envelope, stamp and all. It remains the most significant letter written to me. I won't lie, she's one ex I don't mind keeping in life. She's a constant reminder of humility for me. It's good to know we've kept the memories locked away but continue to respect each other enough to act completely normal with each other. And is it me or are these outfits keep getting warmer and warmer? I guess the autumn/winter bug has gotten to me.

This one was sparked by a recent Instagram photo of one of my muses. She wore a flannel shirt, in what she says, after a very long time and asked if she looked good in it. My response? Well, duh, she looks good in anything. I've known this beautiful woman for a decade now, and she hasn't aged a damn bit! Blessed I would say. Whenever I think up look that would suit her, it's usually elegant - a very vintage Hollywood look. This time around, I felt I should tap into her bad ass side. You know, boots to asses, while looking pretty. Love you, gorgeous.

These long absences has to stop. Anyway, hope all of you are enjoying the World Cup! I am. You must know I grew up playing sports. I'm very competitive, and I get very passionate when it comes to football (soccer) and other sports. I've been wanting to do this before the tournament started but never got around to it. So here is the first look from my World Cup series.

I love the name, I really do. I became infatuated with this character last year, when the show The Borgias came to an end. In all honesty, the show was somewhat modest in her portrayal compared to real life accounts. She was cast as a "femme fatale" at the time of the Renaissance (my favorite time period in history). She was known as the most famous whore of Italy. Just to make things clear, she didn't dress like one. Beautiful she was but even more dangerous were her desires. It was all pretty and innocent on the outside with a lustful of hidden agendas inside.

I have been a fan of Kylie Minogue for quite some time now. I've always thought she was sexier than Madonna (sorry dad). Not that I dislike the latter, I enjoy both of their music. To me, Kylie has always been the more stylish of the two, and much more beautiful. What took me by surprise is her latest video and song called Sexercize. Yup. You read that right.
She's always had sexy videos but this is ridiculously over the top. I mean it's pure sex without actual intercourse for goodness sake! For a woman her age to do what she did, I'm still trying to catch my breath. I think I'll be getting her new album soon. To all the other female pop artists out there, this is how you do "sex" in a music video. In any case, it's become the inspiration for this look, with the warmer days in mind of course.
