This is the time of year where I always wish I was in Northern Italy. For those who know me, know that I love everything Italian. Ti amo Italia! Milan happens to be my ultimate destination, it's my 'Style Mecca'. Interestingly enough, a good friend of mine is enjoying his honeymoon right now all over Europe. And where is my friend Maz now? In Italy. Lovely.
The reason why I wish I was there now is because of the biannual menswear trade show in Florence: Pitti Uomo. But it doesn't end there. We also have the men's Milan Fashion Week. At Pitti, it's pretty much a preview to what to expect in the market, from items to certain trends. And MFW is well...I'm sure you don't need an intro to that.
Some of the biggest fashion houses take the runway in Milan to show off their latest Fall/Winter 2012/2013 collection. Here is part 1 of my favorite looks from MFW. Enjoy!
