Gentlemen's Sartorial 40

A couple of days ago I shared something on the Moody Vintage Facebook Page from GQ.com on polka dot ties. Along with the other trends you've seen so far being shared, polka dotted ties can be tricky, if you see it that way. The most appropriate way (and the safest) is wear it with a solid colored shirt. Then, you can add the other trends and look even more daring and 'stylish'. For example using medium sized dots with a checked or plaid shirt, but you have to be careful not to clash colors. Remember, you are going to compliment one item with the other.
These are actually perfect to wear to the office. It's welcoming and not outrageous. I've put together a collection of these ties with shirts you can possibly try with. Yes, it's back in style.
