With the obvious unfortunate disasters that are currently happening in the world, I decided to hold back on this post up until now. My heart and prayers goes out to all of the victims and those who have been effected by this disaster in Japan. But as the saying goes, the show must go on. Let's try to be positive and take it one day at a time, go with the flow.
Gentlemen, it's Spring. And in every season the tides of the denim change so here is a gathered few that I thought were worth mentioning and even purchasing next time you want to update your jeans. I know not all of you can fit into a slim fit or even a regular fit, straight leg/skinny leg, and so on. The chosen few are basically intended for those with an average figure or athletic figure. Since we are on the topic of denim, the best denim in the world are Japanese. Keep that in mind. It's very expensive but that's because it's the best. The high-end designers of this world always choose Japanese denim first. Here are the list of jeans you should look out for this season.

- The Naked & Famous Denim are beautiful. Personally, I prefer to have these around in my closet. Although, these are more of the skinny jeans type. They are obviously not for everyone but they are perfect for evening wear as well. Wrap yourself around with a fitted blazer and a dress shirt, you'll be set. These are slim enough to have it called skinny but not tight enough to ruin your chances of having kids the future.
- The classic powder blue jeans by Dior Homme. This is for the lighter purpose, something you will feel unbelievably comfortable in. It screams casual and it will last you a very long time, way past the Spring season. It comes from the brand that really launched the whole pricey-denim trend but it does not fail the asking price. It's worth it.
- Little bit of California around your tush. This comes from the pioneers of the L.A.-denim, 7 For All Mankind. Another one of those jeans that you can sport at a more semi-formal setting. The Slimmy is also the brand's skinniest fit.
- The CK One jeans has to be leaning towards a bit more on the artsy side. You know guys you see at the local artistic coffeehouses? If you aren't that type, there's no reason to be looking for these. Not unless you appreciate the good design of some dependable jeans.
- I'll tell you why I like H&M so much. It's actually affordable and mimics most high end designs. Like I have said, these denims do not come cheap. But at this price, these jeans are a definite buy. They nearly indistinguishable with those very pricey jeans out there in the market right now. The treatment and the fit of these jeans are remarkable and could rival those of jeans 20x the price.
- I am a fan of Simon Spurr so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw these. Surprised in a way that I could still appreciate his detailing not only in suits but in denim as well. I mean these jeans are tailored to near perfection, which Mr. Spurr is famous for. The wash, the design, the fit and well, the whole darn thing is just perfect.
